one to one

One to one coaching gives you a very personal experience and complete focus on you and your dreams. You and your coach come together for the sole purpose of getting you from where you are now to where you want to be, in any area of your life.

Coaching can take the form of:

**  Regular coaching over a period of sessions and time

**  Intense coaching on a VIP day

or a combination of both…

The first time with your coach will involve  talking about your life story to now, and it is up to you how much of that you want to tell. From there you will be asked about what improvements our results you want to make a difference in any area of your life, and then a focus in on a specific outcome you might want to achieve.

The relationship with your coach is absolutely key for coaching to be useful in any way to you, and so the first meeting is also an opportunity for you both to get to know each other and both decide if it something you feel you can move ahead together with.

With an honest and open approach to coaching you can expect to achieve real shifts in your life and new perspectives from the first session.  Sustainable change and achievement of your goals will take a few sessions, and how many will depend entirely on the journey you need to take between where you are now and where you want to be. 

Also available is the full Life Design Programme which can take up to 12 sessions when having regular hourly coaching, and it is suggested that to get the most from this programme the sessions are fortnightly over six months.

If you prefer a more intensive coaching approach then this programme is also available over 3 half-days or 2 full days, or indeed a combination with the regular hourly sessions.
